QuestionHow did you dilute your hair dye? I read that mixing in some conditioner will do the trick but my source is a bit sketchy. I've been wanting to dye my hair diluted blue/green and since yours came out supper fucking awesome I figured your the girl to ask. Thanks! Answer

I did add conditioner and a little bit of manic panic violet! The thing is, when you dilute it breaks down the pigment into what colors it is made of. SO violet has blues and greens in it, thus giving my hair a whole range of shades of blues/silvers/ lilacs/ greens. Now, I was never one for flat colors, I like high lights and tones so this works for me!
